Why it's structured this way
Feasibility, approvals documentation and construction are genuinely different disciplines. Bundling them under one name usually means two of the three are an afterthought. Keeping them separate means each one is somebody's whole job — while you still only have to make one phone call to find the right person.
You're never obliged to use more than one. Plenty of clients come to Approval Hub with their own architect and their own builder, and that's a perfectly normal way to work with us.
