Who we are — and who we aren't
Approval Hub is a documentation preparation service for Sydney's Northern Beaches. We are not a certifier — and that's deliberate.
The separation matters
Your Principal Certifier must independently assess your project. That independence protects you — it's the reason a certificate means something. Our job sits on the other side of that line: make the assessment easy to pass by getting the package complete and correct before it lands on their desk. Certifiers like working with us for exactly that reason, and they'll tell you the same thing we will — a complete package is a fast package.
We don't issue certificates, we don't assess your project, and we never suggest a certifier should overlook something. What we do is remove the reasons they'd have to say no.
We work with Northern Beaches Council approvals, so we know its DA conditions, its quirks and its timelines — from Frenchs Forest to Forestville to Belrose and every suburb between.
Our team works on live Northern Beaches developments — duplexes, triplexes, renovations and new dwellings — so the documentation advice comes from projects that actually got built, not from a template.

How we work
Your conditions schedule, your document list and your scope are written down before any fee is agreed. If it isn't written down, it isn't a commitment.
The quote is built from the document list your assessment produces. No hourly creep, and no work starts before you've accepted it.
Certifier queries, consultant chasing and portal lodgement all route through us. You get status, not a group chat.
If your conditions imply a twelve-week path, we'll say twelve weeks. Optimistic dates cost more than slow ones.
The people doing the work
You won't be handed between account managers. The person who reads your conditions is the person who answers your certifier's questions.
Working with consultants we've used for years — structural, hydraulic, acoustic, arborist and survey — which is a large part of why lead times stay predictable.
